SIMEX Road Planers and Stabilisers

SIMEX self-levelling Road planers and Stabilisers are designed for removing the entire layer of asphalt or cement in preparation for trenching or for milling deteriorated sections for later resurfacing.

With the Simex Planers you can maintain constant milling depth in any condition regardless of the ground contour as lateral slides on the planer automatically align to the milling surface.

Self Levelling Planers are available in a range of models that reach a maximum width of 1,200 mm and depth of 350 mm.

SIMEX self-levelling PLB and PHD planers have been designed to mill pre-set sections on hard and compact surfaces and you can remove the entire layer of asphalt or cement in preparation for trenching or mill deteriorated sections for later resurfacing.

Simex Planers work on horizontal, vertical or sloped surfaces and maintain constant milling depth in any condition regardless of the ground contour and the planer’s position with respect to the excavator as lateral slides on the planer automatically align to the milling surface.

Available in a range of models that reach a maximum planing width of 600 mm and depth of 250 mm.

 

SIMEX Asphalt Floats

When your application requires laying asphalt on small surfaces such as footpaths and utility trenches, sealing the road shoulders or widening existing roadways, Simex Asphalt Float is your choice. 

An innovative design ensures the ease of use making the work 10 times quicker, cleaner and more consistent than when done manually as asphalt is simply placed on the ground in front of the Float and spread from there.

Ideal for laying asphalt to fill fixed-section trenches, create sidewalks or widen existing roadways.
